Home Manager - Kellie Brown

As care home manager I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home. I oversee all activities within the home and make sure the quality of the service and care provided meets the National Minimum Standards.

I work to promote a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and their rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. I also supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to residents, checking legal requirements are met along with the high levels expected within the home.

Deputy Manager - Nisha Francis

As deputy manager I support the home manager with the day to day running of the care home. I am a registered nurse and take responsibility for the person centred care delivery of the residents that live in the home ensuring their dignity and privacy at all times.

Clinical Lead - Josephine Yartey

I oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia and complex nursing needs. I support and lead the nursing and care teams, manage clinical standards, medication administration, care planning, and risk assessments, while ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations.

I work closely with residents, families, GPs, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote residents’ wellbeing, dignity, and safety, while also mentoring staff and maintaining a compassionate and supportive care environment.
